- How to navigate through the RLT to draft incentive trust provisions and explain the benefit of incentive trust provisions and how we've incorporated them as a starting place for members to use.
- How to include pet trusts within the RLT to open a new planning opportunity for clients with fur babies.
- How to specifically disinherit a spouse in the RLT with a specific marital share funding option, which is great for second marriages and blended families.
- How to include Conduit Trust provisions within the RLT as a retirement planning method when it's not necessary to use a more complex standalone retirement trust.
- Using the Joint-Pour Over Trust option along with two individual trusts as a possible blended family strategy.
- For those advanced users, I could point out all of the planning options (there are 10) available in the Irrevocable Trust and point them to the help text that exists and explains the strategies for each more specifically.
