Before joining the WealthCounsel team, Henna worked for several notable law firms and then founded her own successful practice, Shah Law, LLC, in 2007 with a focus on planning for high net-worth families and individuals. When leading WealthCounsel’s Editorial Team, Henna developed WealthCounsel’s latest product, Wealth TracxⓇ, a comprehensive solution for trust administration.
Henna received her AB in Political Science from the University of Michigan. She received her JD from the Indiana University Maurer School of Law and her LLM in Taxation from New York University School of Law.
As VP of Products, Cheryl defines the product strategy and roadmap for WealthCounsel’s software product portfolio and oversees product prioritization and development. Her focus is ensuring that WealthCounsel delivers high-quality, meaningful products that contribute to the overall success of WealthCounsel’s member firms.
Since joining WealthCounsel in 2017, Cheryl has been directly involved with translating the needs of WealthCounsel members into actionable development requirements for numerous member website features for drafting, community, and education. She has also driven the design and development of large projects such as Wealth Tracx, WealthCounsel’s content development tools, integrations, and the next version of document drafting. Cheryl has over 25 years of experience defining software requirements and coordinating across teams to launch, maintain, and enhance products that meet users’ needs.
Cheryl earned a BS in Business Operations from DeVry University and an MBA from Arizona State University. She currently lives in Salt Lake City, Utah, with her husband and two children.
