Discussion: Health Care Document Drafting Concerns
Please come with any concerns or problems you’ve faced with your Power of Attorneys or HIPAA authorizations. We want to hear your experiences and pushback you’ve received from different organizations and how you’ve dealt with these problems in the past. We can then present these issues to our presenters from Marshfield Clinic and find out what they believe our best practice would be.

Penney and Leslie, who both work as coordinators of advanced care planning at the Marshfield Clinic will be joining us to discuss various health care topics. Their presentation will include their process for reviewing outside advance directives as well as information on the Marshfield Clinic “Honoring Choices” advance directive.

Stuart will be speaking about all the products and services offered by Krause Financial Services. Many of us use Krause Financial for Medicaid compliant annuities, but there are other ways our group may be able to utilize their services.

Robert Keebler will be providing us with a pre-recorded webinar discussing estate planning after the passage of the SECURE Act. We will have time to discuss concerns and how you plan on reaching out to clients and financial advisors given the major change eliminating stretch-out of inherited IRAs.
