David is an attorney, consultant, author, and frequent public speaker. He has over 30 years of active practice experience in the areas of income tax planning, charitable planning, business planning and wealth transfer planning. David has significant experience planning for Ultra High Net Worth Families and Individuals.

David engages with individuals, families and business owners develop and implement plans to achieve their unique goals and objectives by working with them discover and build a plan to implement their "Enlightened Dreams" for themselves, their loved ones, their philanthropic passions and their communities.

David has attained the highest professional ranking (AV) by Martindale-Hubbell, has a Masters in Taxation from the University of Florida College of Law and is a member of the Sarasota County and Florida Bar Associations (Sections on Business Law, Tax Law, Real Property and Trust Law).

David is a co-author of Protect and Enhance Your Estate published in 2012 by McGraw Hill. He has been quoted in national newspapers, magazines and appeared as a guest on a number of radio talk shows.

David has spent over five years as the Director of Philanthropic Strategies and Planned Giving at Brown University. Where he worked collaboratively with the Brown Planned Giving Team and the entire Advancement Office to help execute the strategic planned giving vision by helping donors develop and achieve their charitable and financial goals and dreams.

William A. Conway, J.D., tax attorney, investment banker, and legal educator, serves his clients with both financial and legal counsel. A graduate of Georgetown University Law Center, he is a registered investment advisor and tax attorney included in both Who's Who in Finance and Industry and Who's Who in American Law. Mr. Conway served as Adjunct Professor at George Mason University School of Law, has lectured at Georgetown University Law Center and is a nationally known speaker on estate planning and wealth preservation. Mr. Conway was a founding member of WealthCounsel. 

In addition to making guest appearances on television programs such as "The Money Makers" on PBS, Mr. Conway created and hosted the radio series, "Legacy," on Washington Business Radio which ran for 18 years, as well as serving as a co-host on “Money Talk – Family Fortunes.” Mr. Conway is the co-author of two books, Legacy and Generations, which address the intricacies and advantages of comprehensive estate planning in an accessible format.
