1.0 General Credits

This information is required to receive credit. Please list your license number(s), along with the corresponding state abbreviation(s) when prompted during your registration for this course. If you have already registered, you are able to go back to your registration at any time and fill them in.

CLE Credits

• CLE credit(s) will only be awarded for in-person attendance.
• To receive full CLE credit, you must be present during the entire live program.
• For accurate records, each employee in an organization must register individually for CLE attendance, reporting, and audit.

Certificates of Attendance  

We will email your certificate of attendance within 6 weeks after the program. Please do not send them back to us. Please keep them in your files in case you are asked for them by your state bar or governing agency.
