Spotting, Managing, and Reporting Risk
Tuesday, January 21, 2020, 1:00 PM - 2:00 PM, ET
Presenter: Sterling L. Miller, JD

WHAT WE’LL COVER

“Risk” is the new black.  It is on the lips of CEOs, board members, and clients around the world. And, they expect their lawyers to spot risk and help them manage it. Moreover, the Code of Professional Responsibility places unique obligations on lawyers (in-house and outside) to be diligent and ready to advise their clients on issues around risk.  Law school, however, does not really teach lawyers how to do this. Join us for a jammed packed hour with legal veteran, noted legal blogger, and author Sterling Miller as he walks us through how to spot, manage, and report risk in today’s legal environment.
