The Transfer Tax Intensive precursor to Symposium 2023 will be offered Tuesday, October 24. The main event will begin with opening remarks at 8:30 AM on Wednesday, October 25, and conclude at 12:00 PM on Friday, October 27.

This year’s agenda focuses on general sessions and breakout sessions that cover trusts and estates, elder law, business law, and practice building. You can view the full agenda HERE. Note: the agenda is subject to change.

You will be given the opportunity to select the breakout sessions you would like to attend when you register for the conference. You will also be given the opportunity to choose and/or change your sessions in the conference mobile app, which will be available prior to the conference. 

Sharing a registration is not permitted, and prorated fees are not available.

All Symposium 2023 attendees will receive a copy of the Symposium 2023 audio recordings included with their registration. Recordings and instructions for downloading the files will be available to attendees approximately one month after Symposium.

Materials will be made available prior to the start of Symposium 2023. 

The following policy applies to refunds of registration fees due to cancellation of Symposium 2023 and Symposium’s precursor Intensive:

• No refunds of registration fees will be made in excess of the amount actually paid by the registrant for the registration.
• A registrant who cancels registration(s) on or before October 11, 2023, will receive a full refund of all registration fees.
• A registrant who cancels registration(s) on or after October 12, 2023, will receive no refund of any registration fees. One hundred percent of the registration fee will be forfeited, but such registrants will be entitled to receive event recordings and materials.
• Tickets or tuition are not transferable to anyone outside of your firm.

Symposium 2023 events, including a reception and other community or networking activities, are open exclusively to registered attendees. These activities are focused on building rapport among colleagues and law firm teams and strengthening member-to-member connections. There is an opportunity to indicate any special dietary restrictions during the registration process. We will do our best to accommodate requests.

Symposium sessions and events are held at the Bellagio Las Vegas. Business casual dress is encouraged. Large hotel meeting rooms can often feel chilly, so you may want to bring a sweater if you tend to get cold. Please note that badges will be required for entry.

Should you enjoy arrangements at other restaurant or entertainment venues outside of Symposium 2023, we recommend checking for any required dress codes.

During our three-day Symposium you can earn up to 11.0 credits, including 1.0 ethics credit, depending on your session agenda choices (some of your choices may not be CLE eligible). 
 
During our Tuesday precursor you can earn up to 5.5 credits.

In accordance with the standards of the National Registry of CPE Sponsors, CPE credits are based on a 50-minute hour. NASBA provider 108255. If you are a CPA,
please self-submit credits to your State Board of Accountancy. WealthCounsel LLC is registered with NASBA as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors. State boards of accountancy have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit. Complaints regarding registered sponsors may be submitted to the National Registry of CPE Sponsors through its website, www.nasbaregistry.org.

CFP: There will be no approved CFP credits offered; you must self-apply. We will provide you with any information you may need to do so.
