Registration and General Information
Two precursors to Symposium 2026 will be offered on Tuesday, September 22 (attendees must choose one precursor). The main event will begin with opening remarks at 8:30 a.m. on Wednesday, September 23, 2026, and conclude at 11:30 a.m. on Friday, September 25, 2026.
Register here for Symposium 2026. The deadline to receive early-bird pricing on your registration is April 30. The deadline to receive the Symposium hotel room rate is Friday, August 28, though the room block may fill up before then. For any questions or concerns regarding cancellations, please refer to the cancellation and refund policy below.

Symposium 2026 attendees can expect the following:

Please note that registration fees for Symposium do not include hotel accommodations, dinner, or transportation.
This year’s agenda includes general and breakout sessions on trusts and estates law, special needs planning, elder law, business law, practice building, and ethics. You can view the full agenda here. Note: The agenda is subject to change.
You will have the opportunity to select the breakout sessions you would like to attend when you register for the conference. You will also be given the opportunity to choose and change your sessions in the conference mobile app, which will be available prior to the conference.
Sharing a registration is not permitted, and prorated fees are not available.
All Symposium 2026 attendees will receive a copy of the audio recordings from Symposium 2026 as part of their registration. Recordings and instructions for downloading the files will be available to attendees approximately one month after Symposium. Please note that audio recordings are not eligible for CLE or CE credits; you must attend the live session to receive credits.
Yes. If you purchase a Symposium + Precursor package, you will be given an opportunity when you register to pay an additional fee to receive the materials and recordings for the precursor you do not attend in person.
Materials will be made available prior to the start of Symposium 2026.
Refunds and Cancellations
The following policy applies to refunds of fees if a registrant cancels their registration for Symposium 2026 or a Symposium precursor intensive:
- No refunds of registration fees will be made in excess of the amount actually paid by the registrant for the registration.
- A registrant who cancels a registration on or before June 29, 2026, will receive a refund of all registration fees minus a $100 cancellation fee.
- A registrant who wishes to cancel between June 30, 2026, and August 9, 2026, may choose one of the following: (1) they can cancel their registration and receive a refund of 50 percent of their registration fee, or (2) they can stay registered and receive the written materials and audio recordings.
- A registrant who cancels a registration on or after August 10, 2026, will receive no refund of any registration fees. One hundred percent of the registration fee will be forfeited, but such registrants will be entitled to receive event recordings and materials.
- Tickets and tuition are not transferable to anyone outside of your firm.

Please refer to the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority for general information about Las Vegas. Closer to your program dates, the hotel concierge will be able to assist with reservations and recommendations, and they can be reached via email at conciergeservices@bellagioresort.com.
We invite you to bring a guest to the welcome reception. The cost is $100, and you can note the name of your guest when you register.
All other Symposium 2026 events, including receptions, breakfasts, lunches, and other community or networking activities, are exclusively for registered attendees. These activities focus on building rapport among colleagues and within law firm teams, as well as strengthening member-to-member connections. Attendees are asked to wear their name badges at all times during the event.
Accommodations
You can take advantage of Symposium’s room rates at the Bellagio Las Vegas and book online after you register for the conference. Use the link on the confirmation page or in your confirmation email after you register.
The discounted WealthCounsel room rate is $199 plus tax for the conference dates.* This rate applies to the Resort Room type and is only available for registered Symposium 2026 attendees. The deadline to book your hotel room is Friday, August 28, 2026. Discounted rooms are available on a limited basis. Please note that a 72-hour cancellation penalty applies to all room reservations. Reservations canceled within 72 hours of your scheduled arrival will incur a charge of one night’s room rate plus tax.
*A $52.00 daily resort fee (reduced from the regular fee of $55.00) plus the applicable Clark County Room Tax is applied to each hotel room reservation and includes certain amenities. For all registered guests, the resort fee includes property-wide high-speed wireless internet access (in public spaces, meeting spaces, and guest rooms), unlimited local and toll-free calls, airline boarding pass printing, and cardio room access for guests 18+.

Accessibility
Wheelchair and electric scooter rentals are available for a fee at the bell desk on a first-come, first-served basis for hotel guests. You may reserve a wheelchair or electric scooter through the concierge at the Bellagio by emailing conciergeservices@bellagioresort.com. You will need your hotel confirmation number to secure your reservation. A refundable deposit may be required.
The 22 accessible Deluxe Rooms in the Spa Tower and 63 accessible Resort Rooms in the Bellagio Tower offer roll-in shower access, shower chair, lavatory rails, convenient closet shelving, and lowered amenities. Hospitality kits for the hearing impaired, as well as wheelchairs or electric scooters, are available through the concierge. In addition, Bellagio offers two rooms with Hoyer Handi-Move electronic lifts, which enable a person to move from a wheelchair to the bed, toilet, or shower bench without assistance. Meals
On Wednesday and Thursday, a light breakfast, lunch, and coffee will be available during breaks. On Friday, a light breakfast and coffee will be offered. There will also be a networking reception on Wednesday with hors d'oeuvres available.
Please note that registration fees for Symposium do not include dinner.
You can indicate any special dietary restrictions during the registration process. We will do our best to accommodate requests.
Attire
Symposium sessions and events are held at the Bellagio Las Vegas. Business casual dress is encouraged. Large hotel meeting rooms can often feel chilly, so you may want to bring a sweater if you tend to get cold. Please note that badges will be required for entry.
If you intend to make arrangements at other restaurants or entertainment venues outside of Symposium 2026, we recommend checking for any required dress codes.

A complimentary mobile app for the event will be offered again this year. Information for downloading the app will be provided prior to the event.
