Symposium 2026 will feature morning general sessions and afternoon breakout sessions designed so you can choose the topics most aligned with your interests, experience level, and professional goals. This year, Symposium will include a number of sessions related to estate planning, elder law, special needs planning, and business law, as well as practice building and ethics. Sessions will cover recent developments, strategies and best practices for directed trusts, navigating estate and tax planning for clients who live internationally or have international assets, protecting privileges in the estate planning context, using marital agreements in estate plans, planning for animals and real property, fiduciary income tax planning strategies, tax rules for common business entities, special needs trust drafting, Medicaid crisis planning, and much more.
