Credits Awarded:
Credits will be awarded for each CLE eligible session attended during the on-site program. You must be present for the entire CLE-eligible session. Credit will not be awarded for listening to audio recordings at a later date.
Credits Reported:
Electronic CLE attendance sign-in form (see instructions above) must be completed immediately after the Symposium event has concluded. Failure to do so will result in credits not being reported to your state (where applicable). Once the attendance analysis is completed, we will report credits within 4-6 weeks to the following required states: GA, IL, KS, ME, NC, NV, OH, OK, PA, TN, TX, UT (check back for updates). All other states approved for CLE are self-reporting states.
Certificates of Completion:
We will email your CLE certificate of completion approximately 4 to 6 weeks after the event. You do not need to send them back to us, however please keep them in your records in case your state bar or governing agency asks for it. It will also include an agenda and bios to help you self-apply in states not approved for CLE.

Cancellation Policy
The following policy applies to refunds of fees if a registrant cancels their registration for Symposium 2025 or a Symposium precursor intensive:
- No refunds of registration fees will be made in excess of the amount actually paid by the registrant for the registration.
- A registrant who cancels a registration on or before June 16, 2025, will receive a refund of all registration fees minus a $100 cancellation fee.
- A registrant who cancels between June 17, 2025, and July 27, 2025, will receive a refund of 50 percent of their registration fees.
- A registrant who cancels a registration on or after July 28, 2025, will receive no refund of any registration fees. One hundred percent of the registration fee will be forfeited, but such registrants will be entitled to receive event recordings and materials.
- Tickets and tuition are not transferable to anyone outside of your firm.
